Lithuanian by birth, I was educated in tourism and hospitality management at University of Applied Sciences in Vilnius. My career in customer relations and customer care spans 25 years – including Front of House Manager at The Portland Hospital for Women and Children; Events and Customer Relations Manager at Grace Belgravia, private members club for women; and number of guest relation roles including Special Visits Manager, in charge of VIP, Diplomatic, Royal, Corporate and Leisure clients at The Dorchester. Earlier in my career I also worked at 45 Park Lane and Claridge’s.

Being part of The Portland Hospital I had an opportunity to work closely with medical teams. Witnessing their hard work, care and dedication on a daily basis, and through my own experience starting a family, I developed great respect for healthcare professionals and an aspiration to work closely with them. Therefore, when I decided to go back to work after having children, I chose to follow my heart and continue my career in healthcare, where I can support the patients in their very unique endeavours.

I love travelling and exploring countries and cultures. Despite being a bit of a literature snob, I am also very passionate about sports, in particular running, including running marathons.
