Rachel Shepherd is a passionate HCPC registered Clinical Embryologist at Bridge Clinic, a leading fertility centre based in London. She is an MSc Reproductive Science graduate and a driven professional with theoretical and practical experience in academic and clinical settings.
Rachel achieved a Distinction at Manchester Metropolitan University in her part-time MSc in Cellular Science: Reproduction. She also graduated from the University of Southampton in 2016, earning a First Class Honours degree in Biology.
She has previously worked at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust, Sussex Downs Fertility Centre, and Wessex Fertility. In these roles, she honed her expertise in all basic embryology procedures and completed three years of training with the NHS Scientist Training Programme to become a Healthcare Scientist specialising in Embryology. She also underwent additional embryology training in patient-facing roles.
Rachel is committed to positively impacting the lives of individuals and couples in their fertility journey as well as continuing to push the boundaries in the field of embryology to provide the best care possible.
